Heels Helping Heels (“HHH”) is a unique mentorship platform designed to create powerful, lasting connections between current student-athletes and accomplished Carolina Men's and Women's Lacrosse alumni. The program aims to support the transition of student athletes to the professional world and offer guidance throughout their careers.

As an extension of the program, this website acts as a private interface for current and former UNC lacrosse alum, family, and friends of the program to stay connected and to enrich their professional lives. The site contains pertinent, practical information for first-time job seekers and those interested in career advancement. Through a combination of simplified industry specific overviews and hands-on mentoring provided by our network of seasoned Carolina lacrosse alum, the HHH platform serves as a meaningful point of differentiation for the Carolina Lacrosse experience.
